The brand was created with a passion to help people understand their hair types. The founder, who is also the formulator, is committed to helping people of all genders and ethnicities understand the importance of applying the “Skinification Movement”, along with her team. Addressing issues like dry, itching scalps, eczema psoriasis and so much more.

It’s important to know that Classic 10 consists of three ranges , with three different colors, each of the colors represents products for various hair types. What does this mean? A product that works for Straight and Wavy won’t necessarily work for Curly or Coily hair

Classic10 SKWCC Hair Science—celebrating inclusivity for every hair type

Classic 10 SKWCC Hair Science was founded by Veronique Abrahams, the youngest of three siblings, born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa.

Her inspiration came from deeply personal experiences: her twin sister’s ongoing struggle with eczema and psoriasis, her own hair struggles, with dry and damaged hair and the daily care of her two curly-haired children. In all cases, she felt the same frustration. Effective solutions for her and their hair and scalp concerns were either unavailable, ineffective, or prohibitively expensive trying countless brands, only to find they worked temporarily and at great cost.

Her journey into haircare began during a period of change and reflection, when her work in the manufacturing industry awakened a deep fascination with the science of skin and hair. What started as a vision, soon evolved into a passion—to create luxurious, science-led formulations that bring professional care within reach of every individual.

That challenge reignited her determination to create products that truly worked for not only for every curl pattern but also for every hair type. Veronique knew there had to be a better solution.

In 2021, with nothing but an idea, a lab coat, and an ingredient list, she began formulating. After months of sleepless nights, countless trials, and thousands of testing hours, her vision came to life. By July 2022, she had created her first batch of products, tested on herself, her family, and her friends—earning trust and results that fueled her mission.
