Yes, our products are formulated to cater to various hair types and textures for optimal care.

Do you offer sample sizes?

Currently, we do not offer sample sizes for our products.

Do you offer travel sized products?

Yes, our travel sized products come in 100ml- it can be bought via our WhatsApp Business line.

Thank you for shopping with Classic10 SKWCC Hair Science. Our goal is to ensure that you are the happiest customer, as far as it is realistically possible.

● You will be required to complete an order form via the website.

● All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

● Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

● If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, however we will notify you, should a delay occur.

● Payment to reflect in our bank account, prior to goods being released.

● Once payment reflects, the lead time is 3-5 business days.

● If the order amount is below R600 then the courier cost will be for your own account.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

● Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping within South Africa at a flat rate of R150 for all orders. (If your order is below R600)

● Free Shipping: Orders over R600 qualify for free free shipping.

● Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking & Returns

● You will receive a shipping confirmation email or Whatsapp message with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

● You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the communication.

● Please note that for hygiene reasons, items such as personal care products (including soaps, body wash and hair brushes etc) and opened items, are not eligible for return.

- We accept returns for used/opened items like caps, cells, and other applicable products, provided they're damaged or defective.

- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

- Items will be issued once we've inspected the returned item.

Reporting Damaged Shipments:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

2. Contact our customer service team via [email/phone number] with your order number and photos.

3. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.

4. If the issue has not been reported to us within a reasonable time-frame of receiving the product, i.e. 8 hours of courier delivery- it will not be eligible return.

5. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Order Cancellation Policy

Payment Reversals:

If an order is placed and payment is made, but the payment is later reversed by the customer or their bank, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

We may cancel an order if:

1. Payment is not successfully processed or is reversed.

2. Payment is disputed or flagged for potential fraud.

Consequences of cancellation :

1. Charge a cancellation fee to cover processing costs.

2. Restrict future orders or require payment upfront.

If you believe there has been an error or dispute regarding your payment, please contact our customer service team promptly.
